My name is Ashwini Natarajan, Founder of Rishtey Speaks,
a Mentor, Trainer, an IT Professional, a Visionary and a Compassionate Human being who gets distressed when I see Failing Relationships and Disharmony in Families leading to Unhappiness in Personal and Professional lives.

With one and half decades of experience in the IT-Corporate sector at Managerial, Mentoring & Leadership Roles and after having mentored over 200+ Individuals while leading multiple teams, seeing Discord and Breaking Relationships have always concerned me- as people are unable to focus on Growth and Career. This unhappiness radiates everywhere and to the people they come in contact with- even at work.

Rishtey Speaks is my humble offering to this concern- to help people overcome Relationship Hurdles and enjoy the Beauty of Life!!. I have been actively associated with relationship coaches and trainers for the last 7-8yrs. This has helped me understand the dynamics of relationship coaching and some common hacks that they use for helping.
