Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Rishtey Speaks.
If, for any reason, You are not able to attend the course on the selected date, you can send an email to us on [email protected] and you shall be permitted to Reschedule your course slot within the available slots of the next 3 months from the date you purchased us over an email. However, in order to avail this reschedule facility, you need to inform us via email at least 2 hours prior to the start of the program or latest by the end of the first day of the chosen day of the program, failing which this cannot be accommodated. This shall be confirmed and communicated via written communication only through an email. However, if you don’t communicate to us prior to 2 hours before the start of the program or latest by the end of the first day of the chosen day of the program, we would consider you to be attending the program and rescheduling for the same would not be feasible due to our limited batch sizes.
Refunds are not available for any courses if you decide for cancellation. However, as stated above, you can always reschedule your courses as mentioned above.

Your Order Rescheduling Rights

You are entitled to reschedule Your Order within 2 hours prior to the start of the course by stating the reason in an email that shall be sent to [email protected]
The deadline for rescheduling the course is 2 hours from the start of the program

Refund for failed transactions on Payment
Gateway
Refunds are available only for failed transactions while making payments.
In case of failed transaction on RazorPay platform, your amount will get automatically
credited to your account within 5-7 business days.
